[/color][/b][/center]Elena is this formerly preppy girl who unlike a lot of girls isnt afraid to tell people what she thinks. She's opinionated and strong-willed, willing to do whatever needs to be done for the people she cares about. She almost seems older beyond her age in the way that she's intuitive and wise and smart. Her favorite movies include Dirty Dancing, Crazy Stupid Love, The Notebook and P.S. I Love You. To say the least, she's a hopeless romantic, but it doesnt show. Its nice to see someone elses love life last when her own love life is on a tight rope.
Recently, she became a vampire, which confuses the hell out of her. She doesnt know how to deal with it quite yet, and the fact that she has to drink blood is something she doesnt think she can do all the time. But she's learning to come to terms and she's been getting help from Caroline, Damon and Stefan. She can be very irrational and she's strongly emotional. She cant control her emotions very well but when she does manage to, she waits til shes alone to let them out. And the fact that she's constantly going through emotional moments in her life (losing Jenna, becoming a vampire) its not hard to imagine
