Charming - With her huge smile and pretty face, Melinda finds it quite easy to charm most people. She does have to be in one of her better moods for it to work properly, but she has the ability to dazzle with her wit and sweetness, and is good at wrapping people around her little finger
Witty - just like her mother, Sammi has that same sharp-tongued wit, and she never misses an opportunity to use it
Perceptive - She also never misses a trick. Very observant by nature, even as a child it was hard to sneak anything past her or pull the wool over her eyes.
Wise - Aside from being very intelligent, Sammi is incredibly wise. She seems to have an understanding of the world, and how it works, ever since she was little, she seems to just accept things in a very knowing fashion, as though she has access to knowledge others don't
Friendly -She's a very welcoming person in general, always having a smile for people and a kind word to strangers, she gives everyone the benefit of the doubt and sees no reason to not be good to those who haven't given her reason to think they don't deserve it
Family Oriented -Sammi would do anything for her family, and luckily enough for her, they tend to feel the same about her. She's highly loyal to every single one of them, and makes sure that they know it, being there for them if they need anything, calling and visiting regularly, and just generally letting them know how much she cares.

Worrier -Sammi secretly worries about most things, though she never tells anyone, which isn't always good for her on an emotional level.
Snappy -With her family, especially, and those she's closest to, Sammi doesn't have much patience if they're being a bit dumb. She thinks she gets this from her mother.
Sarcastic -Not exactly a weakness, depending on who you ask, but she does have a very sarcastic sense of humour, and there aren't many people that are spared from it.
Closed off at times - When she's angry or hurt, she tends to keep her feelings bottled up

Sammi has always been an extremely smart girl, always striving for nothing less than to be at the top of herclass. Growing up, she was always the quiet and shy one in the family, and she didn't like to talk when the family was all together.
Dealing with bullies in middle school, Sammi learned to stick up for herself when she got tired of a girl picking on her. She is now strong and independent, and doesn't let anyone push her around.

[ BIOGRAPHY ] :
Samantha is the second daughter of Piper Halliwell and Leo Wyatt. She is the baby of the family and the sister of Wyatt, Chris & Melinda Halliwell. Samantha was raised in the Halliwell Manor and attended a nearby school, which her brothers also attended. She also attended classes at Magic school where her father was father was Headmaster and still is. After she grew up, Samantha, her her brothers and cousins took over the fight against evil and became formidable foes of demons, warlocks, shapeshifters, darklighters and other malelovent beings.
As Sammi got older she went to Magic School. She has been learning how to control her powers and to meet other kids at Magic School. She can always can take to her older cousins when something was bothering her. For being the youngest girl she was always watched by her family. She is still learning everyday about her powers. She always goes to her cousins to help her with her powers she had that are the same of theirs. She always keeps to herself and doesn't talk must to the others unless they talk to her.
Born into a magical family, Samantha has been surrounded by magic her entire life.
